The day began with a quick tidy-up of the truck and equipment checks before heading to Leicester. My first job was gutter cleaning on a multi-storey block of flats.

Using my trusty bendy steps for this low level job, I removed the damaged tile, fitted the replacement, and secured it with a little adhesive for good measure.
